Multiple accounts held by the same person — whether under different names, email addresses, or payment methods — constitute a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein, subject to regulatory obligations.
Persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from 92pkre, or who have been excluded by the Platform, are not eligible to register new accounts or use the services. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion or Platform-initiated exclusion is a breach of these Terms.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your 92pkre account. This includes your legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your current address, a valid email address, and a current mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
92pkre operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Before processing your first withdrawal, and at any other time at the Platform's discretion, you will be required to submit identity verification documents, which typically include a copy of your Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC). 92pkre reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing until verification is satisfactorily completed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 92pkre login credentials, including your email address and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 92pkre will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain credential security. All deposits to your 92pkre account must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment method belongs to someone other than the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension. Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. 92pkre reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals. All 92pkre account balances, deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 92pkre does not currently support foreign currency deposits. Any currency conversion costs arising from a member's personal bank or payment provider are the sole responsibility of the member.
An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. 92pkre reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable regulations. Members will be notified before any dormancy fee is applied.
All 92pkre bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time the promotion is offered. Where bonus terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific bonus terms prevail for the purposes of that promotion. 92pkre reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless wagering requirements have been met. Abuse of bonus terms — including, without limitation, the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in permanent account closure.
All bets placed on 92pkre are final once confirmed by the Platform's system. 92pkre reserves the right to void bets placed as a result of technical errors, manifest pricing errors, or system malfunctions. In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, the Platform's records shall be the primary source of reference. 92pkre reserves the right to settle markets in accordance with its published sporting and gaming rules, which may be updated from time to time. 92pkre's total aggregate liability to any member in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits 92pkre's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its own negligence.
92pkre collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 92pkre will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory bodies where required by law or necessary for the operation of the Platform.
92pkre reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
